Savings of up to 40% are on offer for self-catering holidays in Turkey for Easter and the Spring bank holiday.
Holidays in Turkey are expected to be even more popular this year as the weakness of the pound means holidays in eurozone countries like Spain, France and Portugal will be more expensive than last year.
Turkey holidays specialist Artemis Travel has holiday offers for April, May and June with up to 40% off rental prices at its self-catering villas and apartments.

IZMIR - A project to publicize the seven Christian areas of İzmir was launched recently in the city’s Ismira Hotel. About 1,000 Christians who manage Protestant churches in 120 countries will participate in the İzmir Civilizations Meeting Project
"If we manage to get the financial support from the Prime Ministry Publicity Fund, we will hold a congress and thousands of Christian clergy will come to İzmir. This publicity will turn İzmir into a place of pilgrimage in the Christian world," Ertan Çevik, who is managing the project, said in the meeting, which Neville G. Callam, world general-secretary of Protestant Churches, and local authorities attended.
