Toroslar Construction and Investment company was founded by 4 partners in 2000 but as a building contractor Toroslar’s history goes back to 1985 as each partner had previously owned individual businesses in the construction sector. Combined together Toroslar with its partners has vast experience over the last 25 years in many varied sectors.

However, in 2000 these four partners, Hüseyin Özçelik, Hasan Özdemir, Numan Uslu and Hüseyin Gülseren established the new company to cover substructure and construction contracts. Although Residential construction is now the main focus, Toroslar Construction has had many other significant projects to its name in Alanya’s town planning and constructional layout.

Today thousands of square meters of red brick roads and pavements in the city centre and substructure and sewerage systems of the city are Toroslar’s work. Toroslar have also built many roads, bridges, sewerage systems, drinking water networks, rain water piping, parks and schools in many suburbs and towns.
Toroslar construction company has been building residences in and around Alanya for European customers since the year 2002. As the demand for real estate properties from abroad has increased rapidly, Toroslar has developed many projects and subsequently become one of the leading companies in the market.

Investment and construction of residential properties is the main area of expertise for Toroslar. To date we have delivered hundreds of homes to their owners on schedule and in accordance to our original specifications.
